COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	NOTE H — COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES On July 25, 2011, the Company entered into an agreement to purchase a new 5,000 channel GSR wireless seismic recording system and related equipment for a total purchase price of approximately $6,300,000 to be paid with a 5% note from a commercial bank.  We received delivery of substantially all of the equipment in July.
