SHORT-TERM INVESTMENTS The Company had short-term investments at December 31, 2014 and September 30, 2014 consisting of certificates of deposit with original maturities greater than three months, but less than a year. Certificates of deposit are limited to one per banking institution and no single investment exceeded the FDIC insurance limit at December 31, 2014 or September 30, 2014.
