SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 6 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company’s management has evaluated subsequent events up to April 15, 2024, the date the financial statements were issued, pursuant to the requirements of ASC 855 and has the following events to report. On February 2nd 2024 17,000 Shares of Common stock were issued to Jade Barnwell, the former Laser Photonics CFO, under the terms of employment.
