SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 18.   SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to the fourth quarter of our fiscal year 2015, we purchased the two (2) parcels of real property and improvements located at 1290 East Commercial Boulevard, Oakland Park, Broward County, Florida and 4990 N.E. 12th Avenue, Oakland Park, Broward County, Florida for a purchase price of $922,500. We intend to use the 6,000 square foot building located on the property as warehouse space, including but not limited to storage of generators and covered parking for our food truck. Subsequent events have been evaluated through the date these consolidated financial statements were issued. No events required disclosure, other than the item noted above.
