Subsequent Events	15. Subsequent Events   On April 15, 2021, the Company was notified by the U.S. Department of the Treasury we are eligible to receive funds under the third Payroll Support Program (PSP3) as described in Note 2. On April 9, 2021, the Company entered into Amendment No. 2 (“Amendment No. 2”) to the Amended and Restated American Capacity Purchase Agreement as described in Note 1. On April 19, 2021, the Company entered into Amendment No. 3 (“Amendment No. 3”) to the Amended and Restated American Capacity Purchase Agreement as described in Note 1.
