CASH FLOW INFORMATION	21.      CASH FLOW INFORMATION During fiscal 2012, we did not have any non-cash investing and financing activities. During fiscal 2011, 60,415 shares of common stock were surrendered to satisfy withholding tax liabilities and the cost of stock options exercised totaling $563,000. The shares surrendered to satisfy withholding tax liabilities were in connection with 110,500 and 40,000 shares of common stock issued related to the vesting of performance based units and stock option exercises, respectively. During fiscal 2010, 20,658 shares of common stock were surrendered to satisfy withholding tax liabilities totaling $191,000 in connection with 80,000 shares of common stock issued and related to the vesting of performance based restricted stock units.
