Baugur Group hf. has sold Nordicom A/S shares of nom. value  DKK 678,983 to FL
Group hf.. 
It is furthermore announced that Baugur Group hf. did not exercise its' call
option to aquire 349,965 shares in Nordicom A/S, under an agreement with Vagner
Holding ApS dated May 25, 2007. 
Baugur Group's holding in Nordicom A/S is therefore 0 %.
