Following Nordicom's company announcement of November 17th 2010, the company
has now entered into a conditional agreement with an investor regarding the
sale of Nordicom's plot of land at Amager Strandvej worth DKK 220 m, which
corresponds to the book value. In addition, the company has entered into a
conditional agreement with two German investors to sell five of Nordicom's six
German properties worth EUR 11 m (DKK 82 m), which corresponds to the book
value. 

Both sales agreements are subject to the buyer being able to finance the
purchases. 

The plot of land and the properties are expected to be taken over by
31.12.2010. However, the buyer has one more month to fulfill the financing
condition. The trades could therefore be postponed until January 31st 2010. 

The sales will increase the company's net profit after financial costs by DKK 5
m. 

The sales constitute a natural part of Nordicom's strategy of reducing its
portfolio of non-strategic properties, including development activities.
Nordicom will continue to monitor the market for opportunities to sell on
development activities, and the company expects and will endeavor to carry out
further sales of non-strategic properties.
