Nordicom has received the following large shareholder announcement:

Today, on the 14th December 2010, Stodir hf. (Stodir) terminated the owner's
agreement which was entered into on September 27th 2010. 

Stodir continues to hold 1,761,095 shares in Nordicom A/S with a nominal value
of DKK 10 (total nominal of DKK 17,610,950), which corresponds to 14.64% of the
total share capital and the total number of voting rights in Nordicom A/S, but
is no longer subject to the owner's agreement mentioned above or to vote
together.
