This large shareholder announcement refers to Nordicom A/S, CVR-no. 12932502,
Kongens Nytorv 26, DK-1050 København K ("the Company") and is reported in
accordance with the Danish Securities Trading Act § 29, cf. statutory order
no.1225 of 22nd October 2007 relating to large shareholders, and the Danish
Companies Act § 55, cf. §56. 

JEW Holding ApS, CVR-no, 18583194, Hollufgårds Alle 12, Neder Holluf, 5220
Odense SØ ("the Shareholder") has made the following announcement: 

·         On December 14th, SB Holding 2009 ApS terminated an agreement between
HFI af 27.9.2010 ApS, SB Holding ApS and Stodir hf. relating to joint use of
voting rights in the Company. 

·         As a result hereof, JEW Holding ApS owns 1,250,000 shares with a
nominal value of DKK 10 (total value of nominal DKK 12,500,000.00) and 10.39%
of the total voting rights. 

·         JEW Holding ApS now owns 1,250,000 shares in the Company with a
nominal value of DKK 10 (total value of nominal DKK 12,500,000.00), which
corresponds to 10.39% of the total share capital and 10.39% of the total number
of voting rights.
