Nordicom has received the following large shareholder announcement:



This large shareholder announcement refers to Nordicom A/S, CVR-no. 12932502,
Kongens Nytorv 26, DK-1050 København K ("the Company"), and is reported in
accordance with the Danish Securities Trading Act § 29, see statutory order no.
224 of March 10th 2010 relating to large shareholders, and the Danish Companies
Act § 55, see §56. 

SB Holding 2009 ApS ("SB Holding"), CVR-no. 31877377, c/o Straumur Investment
Bank, Lautrupsgade 7, 3rd floor DK-2100 København Ø, has made the following
announcement: 

  --  On December 14th 2010, SB Holding sold 1,785,000 shares in the Company
      with a nominal value of DKK 10 (total nominal of DKK 17,850,000),
      corresponding to 14.8% of the total share capital and of the total voting
      rights in the Company.
  --  On December 14th 2010 SB Holding also acquired 392,500 shares in the
      Company, with a nominal value of  DKK 10 (total nominal of DKK 3,925,000),
      corresponding to 3.3% of the total share capital and the total voting
      rights of the Company.

Following the above acquisition, SB Holding now directly owns 802,392 shares in
the Company with a nominal value of DKK 10 (total nominal value of DKK
8,023,920), corresponding to 6.7% of the total share capital and of the total
voting rights in the Company. The shares are not included in any shareholder
agreement or similar agreement.
