Nordicom has received the following large shareholder announcement:

On December 14th 2010 SB Holding 2009 ApS terminated the agreement between HFI
of 27.9.2010 ApS, CVR-no. 33051344, c/o InvestorPartner A/S, Bredevej 2 C 1,
2830 Virum ("the Shareholder"), SB Holding 2009 ApS and Stodir hf. regarding
retrospective joint use of voting rights in the Company, due to the
Shareholder's significant breach of contract. In connection with this, the
Shareholder has made the following announcement: 

  --  On December 14th the Shareholder ceased to hold 1,500,000 shares in the
      Company with a nominal value of DKK 10 (total value of DKK 15,000,000),
      corresponding to 12.47% of the total share capital and 12.47% of the total
      voting rights.
  --  On December 14th 2010, HFI-Invest A/S, CVR-no. 17827006, c/o
      InvestorPartner A/S, Bredevej 2 C 1, DK-2830 Virum, terminated its voting
      proxy to the Shareholder for a total of 1,032,193 shares in the company
      with a nominal value of DKK 10 (total nominal value of DKK 10,321,930).
  --  On December 14th 2010 the agreement between the Shareholder, SB Holding
      2009 ApS and Stodir hf. regarding joint use of voting rights was
      terminated.
  --  Consequently, the Shareholder does not hold any shares or voting rights in
      the company, either directly or indirectly.
