This large shareholder announcement refers to Nordicom A/S, CVR-no. 12932502,
Kongens Nytorv 26, DK-1050 København K ("the Company") and is reported in
accordance with the Danish Securities Trading Act § 29, see statutory order no.
1225 of October 22nd 2007 relating to large shareholders, and the Danish
Companies Act § 55, see §56. 

HFI-Invest A/S, CVR-no 17827006, c/o InvestorPartner A/S, Bredevej 2 C 1,
DK-2830 Virum ("the Shareholder") has reported the following: 

  --  The Shareholder has sold 1,282,193 Nordicom A/S shares with a nominal
      value of DKK 10 (total nominal value of 12,921,930), corresponding to
      10.66% of the total share capital and 10.66% of the total voting rights.
  --  Consequently the Shareholder does not hold any shares or voting rights in
      the company.
