Nordicom has received the following large shareholder announcement:

Today, on December 14th 2010, SB Holding 2009 ApS ("SB Holding") terminated the
shareholder agreement which was entered into on September 27th 2010. 

SB Holding remains the owner of 2,194,892 shares in the Company with a nominal
value of DKK 10 (total nominal value of DKK 21,948,920), corresponding to 18.2%
of the nominal share capital and the total voting rights in the Company, but is
no longer bound by the shareholder agreement or to joint use of voting rights.
