With reference to Company Announcement No. 207 of 30 September 2010 on the
completion of a rights issue Nordicom A/S hereby announces that the
stabilisation period in relation to the rights issue expired by the end of 2
November 2010. 

SEB Enskilda Corporate Finance, Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken, Danmark (filial
af Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ)), which was Sole Lead Manager and
stabilisation agent in connection with the rights issue has informed Nordicom
A/S that no stabilisation measures have been taken with respect to the shares
during the stabilisation period.
