Retirement Plan Costs	Retirement Plan Costs We sponsor a defined contribution plan to help eligible employees provide for retirement. During 2010, we suspended matching contributions.  There were no matching contributions for the year ended December 31, 2011.  With the Vertro merger we resumed matching contributions of 50% up to the participant's first 6% contribution. The matching contribution for 2012 was approximately $31,000.
