Commitments	Note 7 – Commitments     On September 17, 2021, we signed a multi-year agreement with a business development partner to provide referral and support services to us. The agreement required an advance fee of $1.5 million. The advance was being amortized as marketing expenses over five years. As of September 30, 2024, we recorded an impairment to the asset in the amount of $800,000 bringing the balance to $0. For the nine months ended September 30, 2025, amortization of the advance amounted to $0.
