Employee Benefit Plan	Note 15 — Employee Benefit Plan Slacker sponsors a 401(k) plan (the “Plan”) covering all Slacker employees. Employees are eligible to participate in the Plan the first day of the calendar month following their date of hire. Slacker may make discretionary matching contributions to the Plan on behalf of its employees up to a maximum of 100% of the participant’s elective deferral up to a maximum of 5% of the employees’ annual compensation. Slacker made less than $0.1 million and $0.1 million in matching contributions to the plan for the three and nine months ended December 31, 2018, respectively.
