Related Party Transactions	Note 11 — Related Party Transactions As of March 31, 2020 and March 31, 2019, the amount due to related parties was $0 and less than $0.1 million in the aggregate, respectively, payable to Mr. Ellin, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, director and principal stockholder. This amount was provided to the Company for working capital as needed and is unsecured, noninterest bearing advance with no formal terms of repayment. As of March 31, 2020, and March 31, 2019, the Company had unsecured convertible Trinad Notes outstanding which were issued to Trinad Capital as described in Note 10 – Unsecured Convertible Notes.
