Employee Benefit Plan	Note 14 — Employee Benefit Plan Effective March 2019, the Company sponsors a 401(k) plan (the "401(k) Plan") covering all employees. Prior to March 31, 2019, only Slacker employees were eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan the first day of the calendar month following their date of hire. The Company may make discretionary matching contributions to the 401(k) Plan on behalf of its employees up to a maximum of 100% of the participant's elective deferral up to a maximum of 5% of the employees' annual compensation. The Company made matching contributions of less than $0.1 million to the 401(k) Plan for the years ended March 31, 2020 and 2019.
