Employee benefit plan, description The Company may make discretionary matching contributions to the 401(k) Plan on behalf of its employees up to a maximum of 100% of the participant’s elective deferral up to a maximum of 5% of the employees’ annual compensation. The Company provided a contribution of $0.1 million and $0.1 million, to its employees for the years ended March 31, 2022 and 2021, respectively.
