Note 12 — Other Long-Term Liabilities

Other long-term liabilities consisted of the following (in thousands):

The Company classified $4.5 million of accrued royalties into long term based on contractual arrangements with the royalty holders. In addition, the Company accrued $4.1 million into long term liabilities as a result of the Sound Exchange settlement (Note 13 – Commitment and Contingencies). The amount included in Other long-term liabilities includes a contingent consideration liability resulting from the business combination of Gramophone (see Note 17 - Fair Value Measurements) which expired with no payment made during the three months ended September 30, 2023.
