Note 12 — Other Long-Term Liabilities

Other long-term liabilities consisted of the following (in thousands):

The Company classified $7.0 million and $7.5 million of accrued royalties into long term based on contractual arrangements with the royalty holders as of June 30, 2024 and March 31, 2024, respectively.
