Note 12 — Other Long-Term Liabilities

Other long-term liabilities consisted of the following (in thousands):

The Company classified $7.4 million and $7.5 million of accrued royalties into long term based on contractual arrangements with the royalty holders for the year ended March 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively. In addition, the Company accrued $1.6 million and none into long term liabilities as a result of the Sound Exchange settlement as of March 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
