Subsequent Events	Note 9: Subsequent Events In October 2011, the Company repurchased approximately 118,000 of its own shares for approximately $1.0 million. On October 31, 2011 our Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share. The Board established a November 11, 2011 record date and a November 25, 2011 payment date. Based on the outstanding share balance as of November 1, 2011 the Company estimates the dividend payable to be approximately $2.5 million.
