Subsequent Events	(15) Subsequent Events On May 4, 2012, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share on its common stock.  The $3.1 million dividend was paid on May 25, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 14, 2012.
