Subsequent Events	Note 9:  Subsequent Events On January 30, 2012 our Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.125 per share.  The Board established a February 10, 2012 record date and a February 24, 2012 payment date.  Based on the outstanding share balance as of January 31, 2012 the Company estimates the dividend payable to be approximately $2.5 million.
