Subsequent Events	(14) Subsequent Events On May 3, 2013, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share on its common stock.  The $3.0 million dividend was paid on May 24, 2013, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2013.
