Subsequent Events	Note 9:  Subsequent Events On October 25, 2013 our Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share.  The Board established a November 8, 2013 record date and a November 22, 2013 payment date.  Based on the outstanding share balance as of October 28, 2013 the Company estimates the dividend payable to be approximately $3.4 million.
