Short Term Investments	Note 4:  Short Term Investments The Company’s short term investments balance consists of short term bond mutual funds.  In accordance with ASC Topic 320 (“Accounting for Certain Investments in Debt and Equity Securities”), short term investments are accounted for as available for sale securities with any changes in fair value to be reflected in other comprehensive income.  The Company had a short term investments balance of $15.5 million as of both September 30, 2013 and March 31, 2013.
