Subsequent Events	Note 9:  Subsequent Events On January 30, 2014 our Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share.  The Board established a February 12, 2014 record date and a February 21, 2014 payment date.  Based on the outstanding share balance as of January 31, 2014 the Company estimates the dividend payable to be approximately $3.4 million.
