Subsequent Events	Note 7: Subsequent Events On January 20, 2015 our Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share. The Board established a February 3, 2015 record date and a February 13, 2015 payment date. Based on the outstanding share balance as of January 27, 2015 the Company estimates the dividend payable to be approximately $3.4 million.
