Subsequent Events	Note 10: Subsequent Events On October 19, 2015 our Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share. The Board established a November 2, 2015 record date and a November 13, 2015 payment date. Based on the outstanding share balance as of October 27, 2015 the Company estimates the dividend payable to be approximately $3.7 million.
