Subsequent Events	Note 9:  Subsequent Events On January 23, 2017 our Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share. The Board established a February 6, 2017 record date and a February 17, 2017 payment date. Based on the outstanding share balance as of January 31, 2017 the Company estimates the dividend payable to be approximately $3.9 million.
