Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 8 : Subsequent Events On or about January 19, 2018, the plaintiffs voluntarily dismissed the consolidated putative securities class action lawsuit, filed in August and September 2017, without prejudice. On January 22, 2018 our Board of Directors declared an increased quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share. The Board established a February 5, 2018 record date and a February 16, 2018 payment date. Based on the outstanding share balance as of January 30, 2018 the Company estimates the dividend payable to be approximately $5.2 million.
