Subsequent Events [Text Block]	(13 ) Subsequent Events On May 4, 2020 , the Company’s Board of Directors declared an increased quarterly dividend from $0.27 to $0.28 per share on its common stock. The $5.6 million dividend was paid on May 22, 2020 , to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2020 .
