Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 9 : Subsequent Events On January 21, 2020 our Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.27 per share. The Board established a February 3, 2020 record date and a February 14, 2020 payment date. Based on the outstanding share balance as of January 28, 2020 the Company estimates the dividend payable to be approximately $5.4 million.
