Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Note 9: Related Party Transaction The Company’s Board of Directors Chairman, Gian Fulgoni serves on the board of directors of Prophet, a brand and marketing consulting company, which the Company engaged with in March 2021 for $292,000. The Company expensed $32,000 in fiscal 2021 and $260,000 in fiscal 2022. This transaction was approved by the Company’s Board of Directors with terms that are considered to be comparable to those with an unrelated third party.
