Amendment Description Research Frontiers is filing this Amendment No. 1 (this "amendment") on Form 10−K/A to amend its Annual Report on Form 10−K for the year ended December 31, 2014 that was filed earlier today to: (i) add the Consent of Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm (Exhibit 23) which was inadvertently omitted, and (ii) correct formatting and typographical errors in the following: (a) Net Loss for 2014 should be ($4,413,722) on page F-3, and (b) the sum of short–term investments as of December 31, 2014 should be $1,501,554 on page F-7. Except as described above, this Form 10-K/A does not amend any other information set forth in the Form 10-K.
