For the years ended December 31, 2016, 2015 and 2014, options to purchase 54,034, 54,034, and 40,834 shares of common stock at weighted average exercise prices of $5.20, $5.20, and $6.14 per share, respectively, were outstanding, but were not included in the computation of diluted EPS because the options’ exercise prices were greater than the average market price of the common shares and thus would be anti-dilutive.
