Included in raw materials and finished goods at June 30, 2017 and December 31, 2016 are goods in transit of approximately $3.8 million and $3.1 million, respectively.

 

At June 30, 2017 and December 31, 2016, raw materials not pledged to our secured creditor were used as collateral to secure short term borrowings under a product financing agreement amounting to $2.9 million and $4.0 million, respectively.
