OTHER (INCOME) EXPENSE	5. OTHER (INCOME) EXPENSE Other (income) expense in the consolidated statements of operations reports certain gains and losses associated with activities not directly related to our core operations. For the three months ended March 31, 2019, other non-operating income was $3.3 million, as compared to an expense of $234 during the three months ended March 31, 2018. For the three months ended March 31, 2019, included in other non-operating income was a gain of $3.3 million related to the mark to market adjustment on the fair value of common stock and warrants received in connection with the Merger of PCPI, CleanSpark and the Merger Sub. See Note 3 - Divestitures.
