Section 5 - Corporate Governance and Management

Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 14, 2023, the Board of Directors appointed David Lee as Senior Vice President of Sales. Mr. Lee had previously served as Chief Operating Officer. The change in title does not affect Mr. Lee’s compensation.
