(9) CONCENTRATIONS

The Company sourced approximately 15% of its electrotherapy products from one contract manufacturer in the six months ended June 30, 2012. Management believes that its relationships with suppliers are strong; however, if necessary these relationships can be replaced. If the relationships were to be replaced, there may be a short-term disruption to operations, a period of time in which products may not be available and additional expenses may be incurred.

The Company had receivables from a private health insurance carrier at June 30, 2012 that made up approximately 29% of the net accounts receivable balance. The same private health insurance carrier made up approximately 30% of net accounts receivable at December 31, 2011.
