CONCENTRATIONS	(13) CONCENTRATIONS The Company sourced approximately 18% of its electrotherapy products from one contract manufacturer in 2012 and 17% in 2011. Management believes that its relationships with suppliers are strong; however, if necessary these relationships can be replaced. If the relationships were to be replaced, there may be a short-term disruption to operations, a period of time in which products may not be available and additional expenses may be incurred. The Company had receivables from one private health insurance carrier at December 31, 2012 and 2011 of approximately 22% and 30%, respectively. The amount of net revenue derived from Medicare and Medicaid programs for 2012 and 2011 was approximately 15% and 16%, respectively.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
