Concentrations	(12) CONCENTRATIONS The Company sourced approximately 21% of its electrotherapy products from one contract manufacturer in 2013 and 18% in 2012. Management believes that its relationships with suppliers are strong; however, if necessary these relationships can be replaced. If the relationships were to be replaced, there may be a short-term disruption to operations, a period of time in which products may not be available and additional expenses may be incurred. The Company had receivables from one private health insurance carrier at December 31, 2013 and 2012 of approximately 7% and 22%, respectively. The amount of net revenue derived from Medicare and Medicaid programs for 2013 and 2012 was approximately 3% and 11%, respectively.
