Future Minimum Lease Payments Under Non-Cancelable Notes Payable, Operating and Capital Leases

The Company entered into a settlement agreement with a vendor and note payable agreement with a former employee totaling $187 included in accounts payable with interest rates ranging from 15% to 18% annually.
