CONCENTRATIONS	(9) CONCENTRATIONS For the three months ended June 30, 2020, the Company sourced approximately 36% of the supplies for its electrotherapy products from one significant vendor (defined as supplying at least 10%). For the same period in 2019, the Company sourced approximately 72% of the supplies from two significant vendors. For the six months ended June 30, 2020, the Company sourced approximately 34% of supplies for its electrotherapy products from one significant vendor. For the same period in 2019 the company sourced approximately 60% of supplies from one significant vendor. Management believes that its relationships with suppliers are good; however, if the relationships were to be replaced, there may be a short-term disruption to operations, a period of time in which products may not be available and additional expenses may be incurred. The Company had receivables from two third-party payers at June 30, 2020 that made up approximately 38% of the net accounts receivable balance. The Company had receivables from two third-party payers at December 31, 2019, that made up approximately 39%, respectively, of the net accounts receivable balance.
