COVID-19	(11) COVID-19 In December 2019, a novel Coronavirus disease (“COVID-19”) was reported and on March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization characterized COVID-19 as a pandemic. During the second quarter, the Company's operations were impacted by closures of clinics and reductions in elective surgeries which decreased availability of physicians to prescribe our products. Additionally, the Company had to navigate the impacts it had on employee and supply chain issues. While the Company did not see a significant impact on its operating results or financial position during the six months ended June 30, 2020 from COVID-19, it is unable at this time to predict the impact that COVID-19 will have on its business, financial position and operating results in future periods due to numerous uncertainties. The Company has been and continues to closely monitor the impact of the pandemic on all aspects of its business. See also the risk factor relating to COVID-19 disclosed in Item 1A of Part II, below.
