SUBSEQUENT EVENT	(17)  SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On January 21, 2022, the Company paid out the one-time special stock dividend of 10% and cash dividend of $0.10 per share that was declared on November 9, 2021. The stock dividend resulted in an issuance of approximately 3.6 million additional shares of common stock and the cash distribution was approximately $3.6 million. All share amounts were updated retrospectively in this report to reflect this issuance.
